The VERA support team is there to provide you with any assistance that you need for your version of VERA.

Scope of VERA support

VERA support is limited to instructions for users and support in installing, configuring and using VERA software solutions. Along with the FAQs and video tutorials, VERA provides a broad range of online assistance which will enable you to use your version of VERA efficiently and confidently. Please note that you can only contact the VERA support team when the following conditions are fulfilled:

a) you possess a version of VERA enterprise

b) you are working with a VERA light version for which you purchased additional volume and the related support package.

VERA does not provide support for general problems with the network or operating system of your computer workplace. In addition, support services are not provided for the use of third-party products or to implement or alter individual changes to your VERA product. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Availability of VERA support

The VERA team aims to answer your questions as soon as possible. The maximum reaction time is 24 hours. You can send your request for support to VERA Support using the contact form. You will then be sent an answer as quickly as possible: either a solution to your request by e-mail, additional questions to clarify your problem, or a message that we are working on a request and that we will be contacting you soon.
