Are fully automatic responses possible?

As an option, VERA can answer e-mail queries fully automatically. After a certain level of validity is reached which is set by the administrator using keywords, an automatic response is generated. If the response is not enough for the customer, the customer can contact an agent by clicking a link in the response, and the agent will then manually answer the customer's question. The same thing occurs when an e-mail with the same incident number is received twice.
