How does the language analysis work?

Incoming e-mails are analyzed using a rules-based system that uses keywords. VERA supports Unicode and is therefore not limited to the European linguistic region and works with all languages. The analysis of the language is successful 98% of the time, and only a slight amount of manual sorting is necessary.
