How is the e-mail analyzed and assigned to a specific "queue"?
After the language is analyzed, a spam filter is used to eliminate undesirable e-mails. The spam filter works both as a negative filter (e-mails are eliminated that contain certain words) and a positive filter (e-mails are removed that do not contain specific words). A statistic-based Bayesian spam filter is integrated in VERA.
The e-mails are assigned based on keywords and a complex system of rules that allows individual assignment according to specific instructions. Synonyms to the individual keywords can also be used.
