Is a confirmation of receipt sent?

Confirmations of receipt can be defined for individual areas of responsibility and subareas of responsibility so that different confirmations of receipt can be crafted for different clients or topics. They are immediately sent in the appropriate language after the e-mail is received and the language is identified.
