When sending an e-mail: "Some characters cannot be displayed using the selected set of Unicode characters. Still send the e-mail?"

This message is generated when the e-mail is supposed to be sent using, for example, the "Western European (ISO)" format, but it contains special characters such as the euro sign or the @ character. VERA uses the same character set for the response as was used for the customer's e-mail. The character set can, however, be switched in the menu "View--> Coding format" by selecting "Western European (Windows)". The message will no longer appear, and all characters will be correctly encoded. However, you should not worry if this message appears; in a worst-case scenario, individual characters will be incorrect on the customer's end, but the overall e-mail will be legible and correctly encoded.
